Humarbo has always been a trailblazer in the area of machine safety, because Humarbo started very early with automating machines.

Nowadays, our automatic machines are equipped with a Siemens fail-safe plc and a very user-friendly control panel in colour, with intuitive operation where machine settings and recipes belonging to different products can easily be selected and adjusted. The main screen of the control panel allows important things like energy consumption, latest and average cycle times and produced amounts to be displayed easily. In order to achieve the ideal filling and finishing cycle for every customer with its own concrete composition, our recipe-driven control allows the operator to create this cycle himself.

To enable an ideal filling and finishing cycle for each customer with their own concrete composition, it is possible in our recipe-controlled control system to compose this cycle yourself.

It is possible and easy to create a list of instructions, so that operations are carried out with speed settings and at times chosen by the operator.

To prevent local intervention, there is a modem connection, if required, so that remote support is always guaranteed, necessary program modifications can be implemented and settings of servo or frequency controllers may be changed remotely.
